We’ll provide you with a hearty, continental breakfast to set you up for the slopes, and afternoon tea and biscuits or cake to keep the hunger pangs at bay before dinner.

Dinner is a sumptuous three course meal, using the freshest of local ingredients, accompanied by a selection of local and regional wines to compliment the cooking. Tea and coffee are served after dinner. Here is an example of a typical menu:

Starter - Scallops with Puréed Shallots & Black Peppered Tangerines

Main Course - Pan-fried Magret de Canard with Port & Orange Caramelised Onions served with a Sweet Potato Carrot Purée & Mange Touts

Dessert - Banana Soufflé with Butterscotch Sauce

Each day we’ll take you to the local St Gervais lift station. One of your hosts, a qualified ski instructor (whose knowledge of the area is second to none) will be on hand to give advice on where to find the best snow. At the end of the day we’ll collect you, tired but happy, in time for tea.
